Description
The Duars Nostalgia Chai contains a pure grade single estate broken pekoe that has a bright infusion
and makes a strong cup of tea. These tea leaves have been withered to perfection, crushed/cut torn and curled (CTC) and allowed to ferment. After this, the fermentation is arrested by firing these teas at a precise temperature in a dryer to produce a clean black tea granule with bright infusions and a strong brewing color. The small grains, mostly the same size are a crisp black color and becomes a rich red-brown color when brewed.
