Darjeeling Sublime ( Green Tea ) is once again a high quality unblended loose leaf tea grown in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal, India and comes from a single estate. It contains many golden tips and is long and wiry in appearance. This green tea gets its name from the fact that it is made from the young “green” leaves of the tea bush and also when the leaves are dried they are not fermented and keep most of their green color. The Darjeeling Sublime ( Green Tea ) has a very light and mellow flavor with flowery aromas; and one knows it is done steeping when it reaches a rich golden yellow color.
